Cost with Dinner: $28.50 members and $18.50 non-members and guests **
Entree: Chicken Parmesan
Vegetarian: Penne Primavera
Salad: Squaw Peak Salad
Dessert: Chef’s Choice
Both the Entrée and Vegetarian meals are served with Caesar Salad with parmesan cheese and croutons. Coffee, tea, dinner roll and dessert are included with all selections.
** This price is applicable to this meeting only. For CLE meetings, non-member and guests will cost $37.50.

*You do not need to order dinner to attend this event. There will be a $2.00 fee added when paying online.
Please do not contact the hotel directly to RSVP or request dinner. RSVPs are due the Friday prior to the meeting at noon to ensure the hotel has adequate time to accommodate our dinner requests. If your name does not appear on the roster we turn in to the hotel prior to the meeting, your menu item will be limited to the Entrée Salad. Please make a note to RSVP prior to the registration deadline to ensure the full selection of entrée options.
Attendance to meeting without an RSVP or if your request was not listed will be limited to the menu option of the Entrée Salad only. We will be unable to provide the main entrée or the vegetarian option if this occurs.
