NALS Speaker Registration Form- CLE day- May 11th (Saturday)

Thank you for volunteering to be our featured guest speaker! Below is the information we need to gather from you, in order to promote the CLE, and you.

Date: May 11th (full day)
Location: Phoenix NAP data center
3402 E. University Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85034
Open parking by the building
Expected attendance is 40 legal professionals.
Hours: 8:30 am till 4:30 pm (CLE class times listed below)
All attendees (including speakers) MUST HAVE A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID in order to enter the building!
The topic of the CLE must be legal-related and/or related to the practice of law, including business efficiency, technology. court related procedures, ethics, etc.
If you would like to discuss the qualification of your topic, to make sure it will qualify for a CLE credit- please Email our Director of Education: education-director@nalsofphoenix.com
You are more than welcome to bring a guest who works in the legal industry.
You can gladly provide the attendees written material/ flyers (about your company/ about the topic, etc).
We provide a projector and a laptop (or you can bring your own laptop) with a wireless clicker.

12:10 p.m. to 1:10 p.m. Networking/Vendor Luncheon
1:10 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. – CLE Session - Daniel Mestaz
2:10 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. – Break
2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. – CLE Session - Tim Agan
3:15 p.m. to 3:20 p.m. – Break
3:20 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. – CLE Session
4:20 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Closing Remarks/CLE Certificates/Adjourn

I understand that this is an education session, and can NOT be a stage to promote a business, agenda, one’s own political point of view or services. (We're sure you are aware, but we have to officially mention this… nothing personal of course). I understand that I am making a commitment to the ~30 attendees of NALS of Phoenix who are expecting my arrival and are looking forward to be educated by me. I understand it is important that I notify my NALS point of contact in case I can not make it to the event, as soon as I know of any conflict.
